Terms of Sale

1.Who we are

LA TULIPE is a loungewear and sleepwear brand operated by a sole trader (Ukrainian FOP) registered in Ukraine. We ship internationally via Nova Poshta Global. Customers inside Ukraine should consult the Ukrainian terms page. Contact: latulipebrand@gmail.com.

2.Orders and prices

Prices on the English storefront are shown in EUR and include applicable Ukrainian VAT where relevant. Import duties, customs fees and local taxes payable on arrival are the customer's responsibility.

A contract of sale is formed when we confirm your order by email. We may refuse an order if an item is out of stock, if a pricing error is detected, or if we cannot deliver to your country.

3.Payment

We accept card payments via WayForPay. Payments are processed in EUR and settled in the local currency of the acquirer. Your card statement may show the amount in your card's billing currency at the exchange rate applied by your bank.

4.Delivery

Shipping is handled by Nova Poshta Global and transit times depend on destination country. Indicative times are shown at checkout. We are not liable for delays caused by customs clearance or by the carrier.

5.Right of withdrawal and returns

If you are a consumer in the EU or the UK, you have a statutory right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason. Please see our Returns page for details and the return address. Items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition. Outbound shipping is non-refundable; return shipping is at the customer's expense unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Personalised and made-to-order items. In line with Article 16(c) of EU Directive 2011/83/EU (and the equivalent UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, reg. 28(1)(b)), the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to your specification or clearly personalised — including items with embroidery, monograms, initials or any other custom work. Such orders cannot be cancelled, exchanged or refunded once payment has been made. By placing and paying for a personalised order you acknowledge and accept this exclusion. The statutory remedies for defective or non-conforming goods (see Section 6) are not affected.

6.Warranty and non-conformity

Goods are sold with the statutory warranty of conformity provided by the law of your country of residence. If an item is defective or does not match its description, contact us within a reasonable time and we will arrange replacement, repair or refund as required by applicable law.

7.Governing law and disputes

Where you are a consumer, the mandatory consumer-protection rules of the country in which you habitually reside continue to apply. Subject to those rules, these terms are governed by the law of Ukraine. You may also use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/odr to seek an out-of-court settlement.

8.Changes

We may update these terms. The version in force at the time your order was placed is the version that applies to that order.
