Returns and Exchanges

1.Your right to return

If you ordered from outside Ukraine and are a consumer, you may return most items within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason. This period begins on the day you (or a person you nominated) took physical possession of the goods.

2.Condition of returned items

Items must be unworn, unwashed, in their original packaging, with all tags attached. Items that show signs of use beyond what was necessary to establish their character may be subject to a deduction from the refund reflecting the reduction in value.

For hygienic reasons, items marked as intimates and items that have been opened or worn cannot be returned.

2a.Personalised and made-to-order items

Items with embroidery, monograms, initials or any other personalisation are made specifically for you and cannot be returned, exchanged, cancelled or refunded once the order has been placed and paid for. This exclusion is recognised by Article 16(c) of EU Directive 2011/83/EU and by reg. 28(1)(b) of the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Placing and paying for a personalised order is your confirmation that you accept this. Statutory remedies for items that arrive damaged, defective or not matching the agreed specification remain available — see Section 4.

3.How to start a return

Email latulipebrand@gmail.com with your order number and the items you wish to return. We will send you the return address and the return form. Please do not send items back before contacting us — we cannot process unannounced returns.

4.Shipping and refunds

Return shipping is at the customer's expense unless the item arrived damaged, defective or incorrect. We recommend a tracked service; we cannot refund items that do not reach us.

Once the return is received and inspected, we refund the price of the goods within 14 days to the original payment method. Original outbound shipping is non-refundable except where the return is due to a fault on our side.

5.Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges on international orders. If you need a different size or colour, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
