Which countries do you ship to?

We ship to most of the world. The checkout country picker shows exactly where we can deliver — if your country isn't listed, it's either unavailable for our carrier or on our restricted list.

Who pays import duties and VAT?

Any customs duties, VAT or import taxes imposed by the destination country are the recipient's responsibility. We declare every parcel with the correct commercial value.

Can I change the delivery address after ordering?

Yes, as long as the parcel hasn't been handed over to the carrier. Email latulipebrand@gmail.com as soon as possible and we'll sort it.

What if my parcel arrives damaged?

Photograph the damage as soon as you open the box and email us — we'll replace or refund the affected items.

Why is processing up to 7 business days?

Some of our pieces are finished or personalised individually. We email you the moment your order ships.
